I’m all conned out. After a good bit of traveling in June and July it’s cool just to chill and get back to work on writing and promoting comics. So with that, here is a look at our newest project, Badia’s Gambit.

For those familiar with the Terminus Veil universe, you’ll recognize our fierce protagonist, Badia Jassim. A key member of the Guardian team, Badia is known for her no-nonsense attitude and unparalleled combat skills. In Badia’s Gambit, she faces one of her most dangerous missions yet. Set against the rich, atmospheric backdrop of New Orleans, Badia and a select group of her Guardian teammates are tasked with protecting a wealthy couple from two highly trained assassins.

But this isn’t your typical bodyguard job. The assassins they’re up against are no ordinary hitmen—one of them is Lilian, a deadly cyborg femme fatale with a reputation for leaving no survivors. The stakes are high, the tension is palpable, and the action is non-stop.

Why we loved DreamCon

We went to DreamCon in Austin, TX a few weeks ago and had a blast. It was our best con this year and we’ll definitely try to go back next year.  If you look in the bottom right of the pic you can see Elise(my wife and business partner) cosplaying as Badia from Terminus Veil.  Check out our blog post to see more cool pics from DreamCon.
